What we collect
When you request quotes, we collect what you enter: name, phone, email, ZIP code, service needed, home type, timeline and notes. We also record your consent, the page you submitted from, the time, your approximate country and your browser type. When a business uses our "For pros" form, we collect its contact details and message.
How we use it
We use it to match you with up to 3 water treatment providers serving your area, to contact you about your request, and to run and improve the site. We may be paid by providers for listings or for leads.
Who we share it with
With your consent, we share your quote request with up to 3 water treatment providers serving your area. Those providers may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. Each one handles your data under its own privacy policy. We also use service providers (for example, our hosting provider) to run the site. We don't sell your information for unrelated marketing.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts by replying STOP. To ask us to stop contacting you, or to access or delete your information, use the contact form on our contact page and choose "Just questions." We'll ask providers we shared your request with to stop contacting you too.
Retention and security
We keep lead records only as long as we need them to deliver and bill for leads, handle disputes and meet legal obligations. We protect them with reasonable measures, but no system is perfectly secure.
Cookies and local storage
We don't use advertising cookies. If a submission fails because of a connection problem, your browser may temporarily keep a copy in local storage so it can retry. That copy is cleared after a successful submit.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13.
